ELK GROVE VILLAGE, ILLINOIS   Gullo International Development Corporation has announced that AVAD LLC, an electronics distributor, has leased the balance of the 2315-17 Landmeier Road property of 32,700 s.f. in the Sicula Business Park, Elk Grove.  The property is a  total of 65,400 s.f.

 

AVAD LLC was represented by Christopher King, President & CEO of Kingbrook Real Estate.

 

The Sicula Business Park is a seven building 260,000 s.f. development at Higgins, Landmeier and Touhy in the eastern part of Elk Grove Village.

 

“We are pleased to have AVAD LLC as a new tenant for the remaining of this high image building, and we appreciate broker Kingbrook bringing this tenant to us,” according to GIDC President Giovanni Gullo.      

 

The entire property features: precast and a glass curtain wall in the front entry area; 25'/27’ clearance; 16 exterior docks; 2 drive-in-doors; and 86 car parking.  The building has reduced Cook County property taxes for a minimum of 12 years with a 6B classification that applies to new industrial construction.  

 

In addition, there are two brand new buildings available in the Sicula Business Park with 5,000 s.f. of office, 4 docks and 2 drive-in-doors, both 24,053 s.f. at 2316 Touhy and at 2320 Touhy.
