ELK GROVE VILLAGE Gullo International Development Corporation has completed three transactions in Elk Grove Village during April announced company president Giovanni Gullo. The transactions are:

Freight forwarder Royal Transportation Systems, Inc. signed a lease for a 6,105 square foot building located at 890 Lively Boulevard, Elk Grove Village;

German manufacturer Laser Technologes has purchased the 8,832 square foot building. located at 1420 Howard Street, Elk Grove Village. Broker Jim Milten of A. Jules Milten represented the purchaser, and

In a third transaction, Intratech Inc. has purchased the 6,120 s.f. at 54 Lively, Elk Grove.

Gullo International is an Elk Grove based commercial developer with ongoing projects such as the Sicula Industrial Park in Elk Grove with two new buildings available, and the Woodfield Business Center, Schaumburg, where six speculative buildings are to be started in the summer. Both the Sicula and Woodfield Business Center buildings are eligible for the 6B Cook County Tax Reduction program where properties have reduced property taxes for a 12 year period.
